Sedona has a special spot in my heart. It's one of the first vacations Stjepan and I took together and also the place where we got engaged. We've been to Sedona as a couple countless times and this summer, we took Te there for our first visit as a family and a stay at Amara Resort & Spa.
You can actually go from Sonoran Desert to Red Rocks in just two hours. I wrote out a 5-day Scottsdale and Sedona travel guide as part of my work as a local expert for Experience Scottsdale.
Read my guide to a Scottsdale-Sedona road trip over at Experience Scottsdale.

ReplyDeleteHi, Jerry! Thanks very much for visiting my blog. My husband and I lived in New York City for 3 years before moving back to the Phoenix area. There's a decent community here...malo nas je al nas ima. ;-) We hold Croatian mass on the 1st and 2nd Sunday each of each month at St. Pius in downtown Phoenix, 10:30 a.m. That might be a good place to meet people if you're interested.
